Brief:
Local football club Brighton & Hove Albion wanted to create interest and increase demand for their premium 1901 Club membership.
Solution:
We designed and managed an ongoing email campaign to directly reach new and existing members, incorporating a monthly newsletter and premium service news flash with stadium updates and other news.
Result:
The campaign has consistently received above a 60% open rate, and membership to the 1901 Club has since been filled through this ongoing strategy.
