Please enclose: • Title, Forename, Surname, Address, Daytime Telephone Number. • A detailed and full report of the project including supporting professional advice from those closely involved, estimates from a recognised company or accountants and the legal situation from a firm of solicitors, where appropriate. • State any present or past legal, insurance, health or financial problems that are relevant to the project which the Foundation may be able to resolve during its research. All information received by The Rotherwick Foundation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. References will be taken up and all the information provided confirmed and assessed. The Rotherwick Foundation goes to great lengths to ascertain that the project is of a sound nature and conforms to its basic principles and aims. These projects by their very nature cannot be rushed or resolved in haste. It is therefore the wish of the Foundation that the prospective beneficiaries display enormous patience and fortitude during the time of application. All parties involved will throughout the process be kept informed of the progress achieved.
